This isnt much of a story but I figured Id share it and see what you have to say about what I did lol. Ok, so my mom was bringing me back to my dad's (where I stay) and I had some jack stands in the back of her car right? Well she let me out, I came in and sat down for about 10 mins...then realized I had left the stands in her car. Doh! My car being currently unable to chase anything down lol, I took my dad's rx7 out to go and run her down. Keep in mind it had just rained, and the road was soaked by the water. Long story short I ended up pushing the lil rx7 to its 130mph speedo's limit...ON THE WET ROAD. Yea, im really stupid, really brave, or trust my driving skills.. which ever way you look at it. She had took another road (2 different roads lead to the same town) and I didnt know that. So I made it all the way to town without ever seeing her car on the road. Well I started to come back, and I met her on the way back lol. I had actually beat her to town. I found out that the rx7 handles really well on wet roads that night. And even if my car had been running, I would have never taken it out on that wet of a road and tried to run her down. My car loves to spin on dry road, I know what it would have done that night.

The funny part is, the whole point I tried to catch her was so Id have the stands to be safe while working under the car....but at the same time I was risking going thru a field at 130+ lol.
And I imagine that light car would have flew, rather then slide after it hit a ditch going that fast. Would have been like a jet taking off from a ship lol.

Usually I drive with one hand on the steering wheel and one hand on the shifter at all times in my car...no matter how fast or curvy the road. Just because I know how far to push it. I didnt know much about my dad's car at high speeds....all I knew was the road was covered in water, and his front end needed its alignment checked out lol. So you can bet I had both hands on the steering wheel with a death grip ;D

I think the last time I drove with both hands was when I took my drivers test.
