Whats the price of gas where everyone lives? Up here it's 1.91 for 87 octane and 2.11 for 93.

last time I checked regular was like $1.80 here. And 92 - 93 was like $2.10. Its getting too damn high, and burns too quickly in my car lol. Its gotten to where I cant run anything but regular in my car for daily driving. I use the 93 with octane booster if I race it.

It's about that here, too.. Gas prices are getting ridiculous, I hate those people. I forget how to do it, but you can make your car run on straight oil (cooking wise). There's some engine mod you have to do, but you can buy 20 gallons of the stuff for like, $8. I'll have to ask my science teacher again how to do it.

Really? That would be good for daily drivers. But I imagine it would effect performance. Guy my grandpa knows works for the road crew around here. His truck runs off propane. He says its cheaper, but the truck has no balls at all.

When we put the new double chain and timing gears in it wasnt set at advanced, or retard, it was set a regular. But I turned the distributer cap back a little to idle it down some.
Actually I think my car gets better gas milage on mid - high octane fuel. But I useually just buy he cheaper regular. You can tell a big difference between trying to run it on regular and running it on mid - high octane.

Damn, I thought it was fairly cheaper here then mostly other places. Anywhere you go, its still too high tho. lol seems odd...when gas prices started going up again about 3 -4 years ago. It was starting to get past $1 for regular...and we always wondered if it would go back down below a dollar...now its heading towards $2 for regular.
