RWD, I wanna be pushed not pulled. lol I like them best because one of my favorite things to do in the winter is pull up to a stop sign on a slippery road and then start to turn and put it to the floor. ;D It's alot of fun, but you can't do it in a FWD and it kinda weird doing it in a AWD.

Most people like AWD..they say it corners better. Personally I like RWD best. AWD to me seems like it pushes the car into the corner too much...making the front wheels slide. Alot of people would flip my car on a track (older muscle car, higher HP, with posi traction rear end = not good for curves). But ive gotten used to it, and I can do more with it then some people can in FWD cars.
Im not saying RWD is the best for everybody, just what I can relate to more. Everybody has their own vehicle style they like. Some think AWD handles better, some think FWD or RWD handle better.

AWD weights more..but evens it out with traction for acceleration.

My parents Jeep is full time 4wd, it's hard to get the tires spinning on a dry road, and it accelerates REALLY good for only 220 hp.
