one of my neighbors has a 1990 Toyota corolla I believe that stalled today, now his battery was dead so it wouldn't start. nothing weird about that but, for some reason his car would not get out of park so it was stalled in the middle of the road and we couldn't push it out of the way. eventually cops came and gave us a jump. Even when the car started it didn't want to leave park, the battery was deader than dead it only stayed started for like 15 seconds if that. we eventually got it out of park by jamming it out of park. Just wondering why it would do somthing like that since it was just the battery that was dead, the gears worked before it stalled and everything but after the battery died it wouldn't go into neutral, and even now with a new battery the gearing sticks. Just wondering yalls imput on it to help fix it cause we don't think it is the tranny. I don't know though what are other things that could have caused this?

I don't know maybe the shifter is screwed but it wouldn't leave the gears while the car was stalled and even when it got a little bit of power, it decides that it wants to every now and then, I guess it could be sticky gearing or somthing but I don't know, he takes his shit into the shop and gets it fixed for a lot of money lol so hopfully it isn't anything serious

Last time I changed my oil, I changed my headers also lol. They needed to be replaced..and that was the best time to do it. Easier to get to the filter without the headers in the way.

If I remember right, I think they were Flowtech. I have Hooker headers now. Reason I had to replace the old ones, was because the bottom of them were flat. The idiot that lowered the car before I had it, had it so low that it scrapped the bottom of the old headers off. So the bottom 2 pipes were flat, and had cracks in them. (real nice eh?). Car was in really bad shape when we got it....who ever had it was a moron.

I hate the look of low novas, I like 'em higher than stock front and rear.
