It starts getting cold and windy around mid-october but the weather has been fucked up this year so it might snow tomorrow. I hope to have it ready to paint next spring, my brother-in-law is going to let me store the car in his shop this winter so I'll have a place to work on it.

Cool. Its always nice to have a good place to work on them during the winter. My grandpa's building is pretty much filled up. I may make the small building at my dad's pretty nice to work on small stuff during the winter. Not near big enuff to put a car in tho. Might use it to clean up the engine in the olds, if i get it, this winter.

All I got done this weekend was I got the trunk primered: I think I found out why my Holley keeps pissing gas out the vent tube, I put a pressure gauge on it and it's pushing 8 pounds, too much, I ordered a regulator and if that doesnt fix it I'm going to take the god damn thing off and throw it in the river.

Looks good. Its been nice as hell the past few days here...but too damn windy. I bought some plastic, Im just going to build me a little "paint booth" to spray my car in. I should have had the car finished a LONG time ago. Im starting to get a little impatient myself...but I guess its a good thing that Ive waited. Rather wait a while for a good paint job, then spray it with no protection in the wind and have shit all over it. lol bad thing is, car has been primered for weeks and weeks (fresh coat that is...been primed down for a LONG time lol), needs to be finished. Slow as Im going, you will have your's painted before mine.

I haven't updated in awhile, I got the Nova home and have been slowly tinkering with it, I got a fuel pressure regulator and it fixed the problem I was having with the Holley. I like Holleys again. Now that the motor runs for more than 2 minutes I've been tuning on the carb and got the motor running awesome, only thing that sucks is that I'm tuning it to 40° weather so it's probably going to run like shit next summer. I got the e-brake all hooked up (helps when you have all the parts) and I put a tach on the steering column because the one in the dash is impossible to read at a glance. Not much more to report other than I got ALL the holes in the floor fixed. (I took the easy way out and used fiberglass) Oh, by the way, NEVER USE BONDO IN A LARGE AREA, I used some on the rear edges of the 1/4 panel where it comes together with the taillight panel it's starting to crack...I used it down the side of the 1/4 panels, too but that was a VERY light coat so I think it'll be ok. I should have pictures next week, I gotta get the camera back from my sister.

Nice pics. The dash looks good. Do you have the door panels, or are you going to buy new ones?

I have them, I have all the interior peices from my old Nova, I'm going to wait until the car is painted to start on it though.

I got my tires, BF Goodrich Radial T/As, 215/70R14s for the front and 245/60R14s for the rear, I'd post some pictures but I dropped the camera and now it's fucked up.

ouch that sucks. Glad to hear you got your tires tho. You will be happy with them. Im happy with mine. Good traction, pretty long life too.
Only downside to them is if you want to show off to somebody and try to do a burnout the only way to get them to smoke is power brake it and hold it a while or use water. Seems like it takes them longer to heat up then other tires lol.
BTW: sucks not being able to put pics on the net dont it? I have some pics of my dad's truck now too, but cant get them up either. Gonna get somebody to look at the pc.

Oops, I guess it does work, I can take pictures if I look through the view finder but if I turn on the screen the camera shuts off. (I'm used to useing the screen not the view finder) Anyway, here are the tires:
